Aloha mai kakou

My name is Kelson Kihe aka “KIHE”. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i.
Growing up in Kona, I did lots of outdoor activities and two pivotal things I learned in my childhood was surfing and fishing. My father put me on a surfboard at 2 years old; once he gave me my first fishing pole and I caught my first fish I knew that it was what I was meant to do.

Devoting my life to my purpose, while being able to make a living is such a blessing.
The Sea is in my blood, and I am dedicated to sharing this IKE (knowledge) for the next generation. Come and join us on “Like Try Charters,” and let me share with you the history, stories and legends of our Na Kupuna (Ancestors).
